DIY Spike, Pearl & Crystal Headband

Today I made this Spike, Pearl & Crystal Headband! It's a super easy DIY project!

Here's what you'll need:

1- Simple metal headband, spikes, crystals, and pearls.
2- Elastic cord, jewelry glue


Tie the elastic cord and thread a spike, a crystal and then a pearl onto the cord over the headband. Stretch the cord after threading them. Repeat the same process until you reach the end. Secure the started and finished knots with a drop of glue and voila!

DIY Tie Dye Denim

This week I bleached an old pair of black jeans. They turned out great!

Here's what you'll need:

-a pair of jeans
-rubber bands
-bleach
-a bucket
-gloves

1. Wet jeans with water & wring out
2. Use as many as much rubber and tie the jeans by starting with the legs. (Less bands mean more bleached jeans will be)
3. Fill half of the bucket with water and put in half of the bleach.
4. Put something heavy on jeans to keep the jeans submersed
5. And wait...
6. Once denim as light as you'd like, take the rubber bands out, and rinse your denim with cold water.
7. Put them to the washing machine and let them air dry.

DIY Marni for H&M Inspired Collar Necklace

I got inspired by the white collar of Marni for H&M. I made a pattern and stitched the sequins one by one. It was fun for me! But if you think you can't stand to stitch them one by one, you can use a glue or a sequined fabric. By the way, sorry for the poor photo quality, I couldn't grab my camera. So, I used the photos from my instagram feed.

What you'll need:
1- A collar pattern (You can draw a pattern as I did. Or you can find a pattern on web. This one looks good!)
2- Sequins (Use big sequins!-I couldn't find it, so I used mid-size sequins)
3- Needle, thread, scissors
4- Fabric (I used remaining fabric from my DIY Leopard Print White Shorts project.)
5- Fabric Glue (Since I stitched the sequins on the fabric, the backside wasn't clean. So, I made a second layer and glued it to the backside.)
6- Black ribbon

Cut the fabric, stitch the sequins, glue a second layer to the backside, attach the ribbon
And you're done!

Sass & Bide Lace Dress & Skirt : Beautiful and Very DIY-able!

When I saw this beautiful Sass & Bide lace skirt on Taylor Tomasi, I said to myself "get some lace, and work on it!" But, work and the other stuff came between me, so I couldn't do it.Then, I saw DIY version from Geneva, a pair & a spare, which is wow! Now, I see Nicole, from Gary Pepper Vintage is wearing Sass & Bide Walk Away dress.
I think it is the time to do this amazing skirt, or maybe the dress? So, please add "one more DIY challenge for me!" :)

DIY: Blue Leopard Print White Denim Shorts

Today, I made this leopard print white denim shorts! It's really easy to make!

Here's what you'll need:
1-Old pair of jeans (I used my old MNG white denim) and leopard print fabric (I used my old MNG blue leopard print tee)
2-Scissors, Sewing Machine (OR fabric glue), Iron, Pen, and Tracing paper

Instructions:
 1-Try on jeans and determine how short you want them. Pin a safety pin at the desired length. If you plan on making cuffed shorts as I did, leave an extra 2-3 inches of length for folding. Lay them flat and cut each leg at a V shape. Try on them, and fold them as the lenght you like and pin them.
2-Use a tracing paper to sketch out a pattern. Use the pattern pieces to cut the leopard print fabric. Sew along the edges of pieces. Turn the shorts right side out and iron them.

Voila! You're done! :)

My New DIY Challenge- Collar Necklace

Recently, I'm obsessed with collar DIY projects! And this amazing collar necklace will be my new DIY challenge for the weekend! In order to do this amazing necklace, you just need piece of leather, chains, and decorative brass corners ( you can get it from any hardware store). Do Now: DIY Scarf-Print Blouses

Nowadays, I'm having a big trouble with the ironing. I burned two shirts while I was ironing! They were my favorite ones! I felt terrible..But at the same time, I couldn't throw them away...I was thinking to make something else from that mess. Here's the solution! I can turn them into beautiful scarf-print blouses!

Amazing Missoni Nails

I saw this tutorial on thebeautydepartment and I just loved it! I also learned about the grease pencil via this tutorial. It's nail decorating pencil. But, if you can't find it you can still use white and black acrylic paints. You need orange and yellow acrylic paints as well.
Essie, Mink Muff and Sally Hansen Complete Manicure in Fairy Teal, and a top coat are the other things you need in order to get this amazing nails!
